UIMS employs industry-standard encryption to protect your sensitive data. All login activities are monitored, and access is strictly limited based on user roles (Admin, Lecturer, or Student).

3. Information Sharing

Academic data is never shared with third-party organizations without explicit consent or legal requirement. Internal data sharing is restricted to relevant academic departments.

4. User Rights

Users have the right to view their profiles and request corrections to any inaccuracies through the ICT directorate or their respective faculty officers.
